Every order is carefully personalised and prepared before being shipped from our US fulfilment centre in Connecticut. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Shipping

All Barkee products are personalised and shipped via USPS/UPS from our Connecticut fulfilment centre.

Free US shipping on orders over $70

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days depending on location

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, promotions, or due to the time required for personalisation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

We require a valid mobile phone number with every order in case your carrier needs to contact you.

Free Size Exchanges

If you're unsure which size to choose, feel free to contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to help 🤍

If the fit isn't quite right, we've got you covered.

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please email support@barkee.com.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition.

Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.

For size exchanges:

You cover the cost of returning the item.

We cover the cost of sending your replacement.

If a different size name tag is required, we'll remake it free of charge.

Size exchanges are available on individual products and bundles and are limited to the same product in the same color.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free from dirt, mud, pet hair or odors, and in their original condition.

Original packaging is included where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for return postage.

To begin a return, please email support@barkee.com with your order number and the subject line "Return" before sending your item back.

Bundles & Sets

If part of a bundle or set is returned, the remaining items will be recalculated at their full individual prices. Your refund will reflect this adjustment, as the bundle discount will no longer apply. If a returned item brings your order below the $70 free shipping threshold, original shipping charges (where applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

Bundle pricing is honored for approved size exchanges of the same product.

Personalized Items

We know personalized products can feel like a big commitment, so we've made it simple.

If your order isn't right for any reason, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund — including personalized name tags.

Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

If your personalized item arrives faulty or incorrect, we'll remake it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We've got you covered.

If you believe your order has developed a fault, please contact us within 30 days of noticing the issue and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

Every claim is assessed individually.

If we confirm that your product has developed a manufacturing fault during normal, intended use, we'll offer a replacement, refund or store credit (as appropriate) and cover all reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper care.
Excessive wear resulting from use beyond what would reasonably be expected during everyday dog walking.
Damage caused by chewing, rough play, dragging, modification or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Products that have reached the end of their normal service life through extensive use.

A well-loved harness may naturally show signs of wear over time. This alone does not indicate a manufacturing fault.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of your returned item being received and inspected.
