Every order is carefully customised and prepared in the UK, with attention to detail and quality at every step. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Shipping Rates
All Barkee products are customised in the UK and shipped using DHL for fast, reliable UK delivery.

Free UK delivery on orders of £60 or more

£5 UK delivery on orders under £60
Delivery times

All orders ship from our UK fulfilment centre. We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and deliveries are sent with next-day DHL — though we recommend allowing an extra day just to be safe. Personalised items may take a little longer during busy periods.

Most UK mainland deliveries arrive the next working day after dispatch

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and remote areas may take 1–2 additional working days
Delivery timeframes may vary during busy periods, promotions, or due to personalisation requirements. We’ll always send tracking details once your order is on its way.
Free Size Exchanges
Wrong size? No problem.
We know finding the perfect fit can be tricky, especially the first time. That’s why we offer free size exchanges.
If you need a different size of the same product, please contact support@barkee.co.uk within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a size exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible
For size exchanges:

You cover the cost of return postage (we recommend a tracked Royal Mail service)

We cover the cost of shipping the replacement item
-
If a different name tag size is required, we’ll remake the tag at no extra cost as part of the exchange
Size exchanges are available on individual items and bundle purchases and are limited to the same product and colour.
Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Items are returned with original packaging where reasonably possible

The item is not a personalised product
Customers are responsible for return postage.
Original shipping costs, if charged, are non-refundable.
To start a return, please email support@barkee.co.uk
with your order number, using the subject line “Return”, before sending any items back.
Bundles & Sets
If you return part of a bundle or set, the remaining items will be recalculated at their full individual prices, and your refund will reflect this adjustment, as the bundle discount no longer applies.
Bundle pricing is honoured for approved size exchanges of the same product.
Personalised Items
Personalised name tags are custom-made specifically for your dog and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If you’re approved for a size exchange and a different tag size is required, we’ll remake the personalised name tag as part of the exchange at no extra cost.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We’ve got you covered.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos showing the fault or error
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit and cover reasonable return and replacement shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law.
Please note that the 14-day right to cancel distance purchases does not apply to personalised goods, unless they are faulty or not as described.
